Nestled among the Ouachita Mountains and surrounded by Hot Springs National Park, the Gold-Inn is a boutique motor lodge anchored by a 1905 manor.  This arrangement is typical of our historic Park Avenue neighborhood, which boasts numerous stately houses and vintage motor courts.  The property was once owned by Samuel Fordyce, founder of Mountain Valley Spring Water and whose name you’ll find on the Bathhouse that now houses the Visitor Center for the National Park.

A 15 minute walk from the Gold-Inn puts you at the start of the Central Avenue Historic District and Bathhouse Row, the heart of Hot Springs.  We are also centrally and conveniently located to many of the other attractions in the Hot Springs area, including Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino (10 minutes), Magic Springs Theme and Water Park (8 minutes), Ron Coleman crystal mine (25 minutes) and numerous hiking trails within 5 minutes.

Our Policies:

• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.  Payment is rendered on the day of check-in using a credit card or cash.
• Check-in hours are between 3pm and 9pm.  Self-check-in is available after 9pm.
• Cancellation of a reservation must be made prior to 48 hours before the 3pm check-in time on the day of arrival to avoid a charge for the first night of the reservation.
• Check-out time is 11am.
• All of our guest rooms and patios are non-smoking; smoking is allowed only in the back garden.  Smoking in rooms will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
• We do not accept pets.  Violation of this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
